Sylvain graduated from INSEEC Paris in 2011 with a Master’s degree in “Marketing, Communication and Business Strategies” (option “International Marketing”).
He joined Synapse Executive Search in 2023 as Director to develop the Freelancing Practice in the IT industry.
Within various international recruitment firms, Sylvain is dedicated to the staffing of IT profiles that are generally available within the Information Systems Department.
As a specialist in the freelance market for the past ten years, his role is to assist clients in their IT projects by helping them find the best talent.
