Alice Masson

Alice joins Synapse as a Tech & Media Associate, to support companies in their search for executives and senior managers in all areas of Sales, Marketing and Communication, for the EMEA region.
Alice started her career in business development in the advertising management department of large media groups. During 8 years, Alice acquired a strong expertise of the advertising market in Europe.
In 2011, Alice joined LinkedIn to establish and grow the Paris office.
For 5 years, Alice was in charge of evangelizing and developing the French market, by partnering closely with start-ups, SMEs, and large groups.
Her focus was on the construction and deployment of the employer brand, the internalization of Talent Acquisition solutions, and HR data consulting for CHROs and CMOs.
In 2016, Alice started a new adventure and co-founded a fashion brand. As a General Manager, Alice managed and grew the company in France and Europe.
Alice holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in “Audiovisual Communication Law” from La Sorbonne, as well as a Master’s degree in “International Trade Law” from the University of Oslo in Norway.
