Sylvie Chen
Research Associate
Following her MSc in International Human Resources & Performance Management at SKEMA Business School Paris, Sylvie joined Synapse Executive Search in January 2026 as a Research Associate.
Her interest in international affairs, particularly in Asia, as well as her fluency in Mandarin, French, English, and Korean (B2 level), combined with her academic background in the Grande École Program and her analytical skills, enable her to bring real added value to each of the research projects she undertakes.
