With a Master’s degree in Strategy and a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management and Human Resources Management, Ludovic specializes in Executive Search and IT headhunting.
He is particularly involved in strategic recruitment for C-level positions (CIO, CTO, CISO, CDO, VP Engineering, Head of Data, etc.).
For over 16 years, Ludovic has been supporting talented individuals and companies in their growth projects, both in France and internationally. His career has led him from Singapore to the Netherlands, via the United States and Canada, where he has developed solid expertise in recruitment, development strategy, and management.
He supports SMEs, start-ups, scale-ups/unicorns, and multinationals in France, Western Europe, and North America. He also helps organizations establish and grow in these markets, as well as set up operations in France, drawing on his in-depth knowledge of local and international ecosystems.
