Joëlle de Saint Martin

Joëlle specialises in conducting searches for high-potential executives and senior managers in the fields of strategy, M&A and corporate finance.
She has over 30 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate finance, and M&A, mainly within large groups in the telecommunications, payments, and financial services sectors, and has a strong international background.
Joëlle began her career as a strategy consultant, subsequently holding management positions at companies such as Orange, Ingenico, BT Group and Valeo. In these roles, she led international M&A and strategic development activities.
She also worked as a partner in a consultancy firm specialising in recruiting senior executives in corporate finance and private equity.
She is a graduate of both the École Supérieure de Physique et de Chimie Industrielles de Paris (ESPCI Paris) and the IFP School, and completed her education with an MBA from the Wharton School and a certification in corporate governance from Sciences Po.
She is an expert in executive recruitment, interim management and supporting complex transformations within executive committees and senior management teams.
