Fabien specializes in setting up Transition Management assignments, with a particular focus on transformations involving significant technological challenges.
A recognized player in the development of Transition Management in France over the past fifteen years, he is a pragmatic partner for transition managers and companies seeking immediate solutions.
A graduate of ENSIMAG Grenoble INP, Fabien began his career at CGI in IT project management, then moved to Accenture, where he specialized in the design and implementation of offshore operating models.
In 2011, he joined a large Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm to develop its Transition Management offering, quickly specializing in CIO assignments and IT program management. As Associate Director of the practice, he cultivated global experience in transition management and an operational approach to tech transformations.
With 15 years of experience in transition management, Fabien decided to join Synapse Executive Search, a more agile and relevant environment at a time when work patterns are becoming hybrid and recruitment services are transforming.
