Our consultants specialise in selected areas of expertise. They all benefit from operational experience in the sectors they serve, and have at least five years’ experience of search assignments in their respective fields.
With backgrounds in management and strategy consulting, they understand the key organisational challenges facing the firms they advise.
They understand not only the specifics of a position, but also strive to fully understand its context – the market environment, organisational and social challenges, and the client’s plans for transformation and change management.
