In the event of unforeseen challenges, we ensure that our client is well informed at an early stage so that we may agree on additional or alternative approaches ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">We never undertake similar search assignments for different clients at the same time ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the event that a client or candidate should terminate a contract of employment within four months of the candidate taking up duty (for reasons other than financial considerations), Synapse Executive Search undertakes to search for a new candidate without charging additional fees ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">We base our choices and selection solely on competencies.
